Our story

About 20 years ago, our founder and his wife joined a street ministry, feeding people experiencing homelessness every Saturday morning — rain, sunshine, sleet, or snow. That experience planted a seed: how could we do more to serve this community?

Over time, that vision grew into a shower ministry and eventually into something bigger, offering hot beverages, breakfast, toiletries, clothing, and real fellowship. This was never about “restoring dignity.” Our neighbors never lost theirs. It’s about demonstrating, in a real and authentic way, that the love of Jesus Christ is present and active.

Today, that vision is a reality. We’re up and running at 898 N Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28206, near the very place where it all began years ago.
